E-Cops - Your Weekly Update

Since my last E-cop message, there has only one crime report in Bar Hill.

Between 12:00 and 12:30 on Wednesday 2nd May, in Bar Hill Tesco’s, unknown person(s) have stolen a wallet from victims trousers pocket containing £40 in cash, plus credit cards which have been used half an hour later in Willingham High Street, Barclays cash machine to withdraw £250.00 from his account.

Please be mindful who is around you whilst you are out and about, always keep your bag/wallet/purse in a secured place. Do not carry you credit cards pin number in your wallet together with your cards.

On Thursday 3d May, there was an incident report for concerns of safety in Scotland Road, Dry Drayton. There was large puddle of standing water on the road, High Ways were made aware to attend and deal with the matter.

Three males have been arrested, and charged with conspiracy to commit burglary. Charged with 10 offences included locations in Willingham, Cottenham and Oakington.

I have been spending a considerably amount of time on visibility patrols on foot, mainly in Bar Hill, and have as always paid visits to Bar Hill Post Office.

If you wish to report any other crime, suspicious behaviour or activity please ring our non-emergency number, 101. If you believe that a crime is in progress please ring 999. I also welcome anyone to contact me directly by emailing bujar.mani@cambs.pnn.police.uk if you wish to let me know of any issues you may be experiencing.
