E-Cops - Your Regular Update


Since my last E-cops message there has been one crime report in Bar Hill.

Between 22:45 hrs on the 22nd August 2012 and 06:30 hrs on 23rd August 2012, a dwelling burglary took place in Oatlands Avenue, Bar Hill. Unknown offender(s) have gained entry into the property via an unlocked back door. Various house electrical items of high value were taken. Also vehicle keys were located by offender(s) in the house and a vehicle was stolen from the driveway.

Girton:
There has been one crime report in Woodland Park, Girton. Whilst house occupant was away on holiday, unknown offender(s) have stolen his 'Giant' cycle at a value of £700 whilst left secured on the side of his semi-detached home.

Police Sergeant Paul Rogerson carried out safety speed checks recently in Oakington Road, Girton. As a result one motorist was exceeding the speed limit and failed to stop on police request. The motorist was followed and stopped soon after and was dealt with accordingly.
