E-Cops Update

I hope you all had a good Christmas and New year. It has been a busy two weeks with crimes. Please see below:

Whilst on a routine patrol, police came across a male who had been smoking cannabis to the rear of Tescos Petrol station on the 29th December around 23:10.

On the 21st and 28th December there have been two crime reports at Bar Hill Tesco fuel station, where two offenders have filled up their vehicles with fuel and drove off without making payment.

On the 29th December between 01:00 and 04:30 a burglary occurred at a business premises in Bar Hill. Unknown offender(s) entered the premises via a unlocked door and stole several food items from the fridge.

On the 22nd December at 09:40 an assault took place in Tescos car Park. The offender drove over the victims foot during a dispute over a parking space. The offence was resolved by restorative justice. The offender was given strong words of advice and also gave a £20 donation to a charity chosen by the victim.
On the 21st December at 15:30 a male filled up a vehicle with diesel and drove off without making payment.

Between 17:00 on the 4th January and 08:00 on the 5th January unknown person/s have cut locks to gates to gain entry to a yard area in the High Street in Boxworth. They have then cut the locks to a brick shed and a wood chipper trailer was stolen. There would have been a vehicle used to take the trailer.

A blue wheelie bin was stolen from outside a property on Pheasant Rise in Bar Hill between 22:00 3rd January and 08:00 on the 4th January.
